Job Responsibilities: Runs demonstrations of Nafeza System and provide training to internal employees and external users groups. Integrates learning curriculum for courses and learning methods onto various platforms including e-learning, virtual learning, and web applications using multiple authoring and multimedia tools. Develop and deliver coursessessions that are learner-centred and user-friendly Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory in developing content objectives. Develop and design learning videos, and incorporate the latest technology in terms of software and video editing. Job Requirements: + 3 years of experience in training (preferably with big corporates) Solid experience in video content production and skilled in voiceover. Hands on experience with production tools like (Camtasia – Audacity – Adobe Audition …etc.) is a plus Very good verbal and written English and Arabic languages Team player and fast learner. Analytical abilities, time management and problem solving skills Ability to listen, define, write, explain and interpret ideas and requirements. Logistics background is a plus. Powered by JazzHR
