Job Responsability: Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions within the agreed SLA’s Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Build and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Assist in conducting CBI interviews based on core, functional and managerial competency metrics system. Follow up the accepted candidates until they bring all their hiring documents to the personnel department. Reviews employment applications and background check reports/ References Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and maintain the applicant tracker up to date Job Qualifications: Skills: Preferably to be experienced in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates Preferably to be Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of applicant tracking systems Well-organized and Effective time-management abilities Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant degree Years Of Experience: 1 or 2+ years of experience Fluent English is a must Powered by JazzHR
