Summary We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in achieving global leadership and enriching knowledge by making it available to Arabic-speaking people wherever they are. The successful candidate shall be responsible for creating content to attract new customers and engage existing ones across various platforms. They shall also oversee advertising campaigns and stay informed about notable trends, ensuring the company remains relevant. Responsibilities Plan and execute digital media campaigns to align with our business objectives, focusing on social media platforms and Google Ads Oversee end-to-end digital projects, ensuring their successful implementation and delivery Create a comprehensive monthly content calendar and consistently generate, publish, and share compelling content (including original text, images, videos, and code) to enhance brand awareness and encourage active engagement with consumers Monitor return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as prepare and present detailed reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to optimize business processes and improve productivity in digital marketing operations Moderate social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to build brand awareness and customer engagement Establish a prominent presence for our mobile application to increase awareness of our service Innovate and implement new ideas to improve brand presence and generate positive word of mouth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and effective Qualifications and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, or any relevant field 2+ years of experience as a digital marketing specialist or a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns Excellent command of both English and Arabic Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Interest in reading and literature is a plus Behavioral Competencies Creativity and innovation Communication skills Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Adaptability and flexibility Detail oriented Powered by JazzHR
