You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-submitted content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and standards. Responsibilities: Content Review: Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with our platform's guidelines and policies. Quality Assurance: Analyze content for accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness, ensuring a high-quality user experience. Issue Resolution: Address user-reported issues and inquiries regarding content moderation in a timely and professional manner. Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in user-generated content. Policy Enforcement: Enforce platform policies consistently and fairly, maintaining a safe and respectful online community. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Product Development, and Legal to resolve complex content-related issues. Requirements for this Position: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in content moderation, preferably in a tech or online community setting.
