Job Description Our client is seeking a versatile and proactive Customer Service and Operations Specialist to join their team. The role is pivotal in managing their customer service needs and providing general operational support typical for an online business. The ideal candidate will excel at handling customer inquiries, writing email correspondence, and using their initiative to complete operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails. Provide support and assistance with HR and general administrative tasks. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, addressing their needs and concerns. Perform routine operational duties to support the business. Potentially manage and take customer service calls as needed. Minimum Qualifications: University / College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience. Proven experience in customer service roles, particularly in email correspondence. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in basic administrative and HR tasks. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
