Job Responsibilities: HR Operations Responsibilities: Managing the smooth functioning of the Payroll, Personnel, Social Insurance and Employees Filing & Archiving Departments through using the action plans and regular management reviews with HR Operations staff and to ensure the execution of all processes. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Supervising the conduct of investigations through HR. Administering the implementation of disciplinary procedures. Ensuring resolution of employee disputes in a timely and efficient manner. Providing advice to managers and employees regarding HR Operations, providing professional and efficient service to all employees. Ensuring that HR staff are sufficiently acquainted with Company's policies and procedures to apply them consistently and effectively in all dealings with employees Comp. & Benefits Responsibilities: Preparing and handling the annual manpower plan and calculate the expected budget for the next year for BU heads final approvals. Managing and monitoring the salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff. Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair. Developing incentives, commissions, and bonuses schemes in collaboration with business unit heads to ensure that the employees are motivated to achieve the targets within the defined budget. Determine the package to be offered to the accepted candidates, issue and approve the offer of employment. Issue job offers for the new candidates per the company pay structure and policy. Calculate the end of service package in case of retirements, terminations or death per the company policy. Job Qualifications: Knowledge of Egyptian Tax law. Knowledge of Egyptian Labor law. Knowledge of Social Insurance policies and procedures. Understanding of all HR functions and how they impact the business. Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems. Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human Resources 7+ years of experience Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software Powered by JazzHR
