Take a hands-on approach to software development, providing technical leadership and mentorship. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions. Ensure the continuous improvement of technology platforms and systems. Qualifications: Proven experience as a technology leader, preferably in a startup environment. Fluency in REACT frameworks, lowcode/no code tools such as Webflow and Xano. Strong background in AI technologies, with a focus on their application in procurement. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing development teams. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
