PIPECARE Egypt is currently looking for QHSE Manager to join our office in Cairo, Egypt. The QHSE Manager is a key member of the team in-charge of the design and implementation of the Quality & HSE Management System. The role of QM includes defining Quality Standards for all systems and complying to the same as well as promoting the quality achievement and performance improvement of the entire organization. Key Responsibilities & Authorities Defining Policies & Strategies for Quality & HSE Management that are reported to the Top Management. Defining competencies for Quality &HSE Department team members. Overseeing the performance of all aspects pertaining to Quality& HSE in Corporate Office and at site. Deciding on Quality & HSE staff recruitment based on required competencies. Promoting the competency development of personnel in the scope of Quality & HSE . Approving procedures for the company manually & IT ERP. Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety. Designing and implementing all activities pertaining to Quality. Recommending to Top Management the resources budgets (assets including people) for the Department. Training Quality& HSE personnel in process areas including internal auditors (including HSE). Approving all documents and records pertaining to Quality as well as the outputs of Quality& HSE Team. Implementing all applicable standards in PIPECARE . Deciding on Non-conformities in the CAR. Format& approval the effectiveness of the actions taken against the non-conformities. Identifying new concepts in Quality& HSE & implementing the suitable ones. Evaluating performance of the Process, Product, Quality& HSE Team members. Monitoring the performance of internal auditors. Qualifying the Internal Auditors of Systems of the company . Conducting all types of Quality &HSE audits within PIPECARE. Approving all Quality& HSE Plans. Execute all other tasks as requested by the Executive Team within the assigned job role. Technical tender review on reporting and technical specifications. Project kick off meetings control. Client satisfaction and managing client complaints. Final QA/QC of reports. Updating the quality of current reporting and preparing for North Americas reporting. Internal audit on Projects; TM/Production and Software development team [i.e. QA/QC on department processes]. Full charge of FIR review & traceability of corrected mistakes [through NCR system in ERP]; managing FIR reviews; conclusions on RCA; corrective actions. Full charge of Sales-Ops-TM -R&D steering committee on technology improvements Full charge of ASNT PQ trainings/certification [field & DA]. Department processes control. Maintaining ISO/EHS, API standards and equipment certifications. Skills/Experience required Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial position and worked in medium-size multi-national organization [between 200 to 500 people]. Experience in QM & HSE in companies that have non-standard production/assembly lines and that had to be very flexible in meeting all client’s requirements. Background in Engineering – Mechanical or Electronics, QM certificates. International exposure.
