Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. This role offers flexibility with the opportunity for remote work and occasional onsite collaboration in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in modern frontend technologies and a keen eye for UI/UX design. Our Tech Stack: We are unifying our tech stack around the following technologies: Languages: Javascript/Typescript, Golang Frameworks & Libraries: ReactJS, React Native, Next.js Persistent Stores: MySQL, Postgres, Redis, Memcached, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, DynamoDB Platforms & Services: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins PaaS: AWS Legacy Architecture: PHP and Linode Key Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features using React, React Native, and/or Next.js. Optimize frontend performance and implement responsive design principles. Write clean, maintainable code and ensure adherence to technical best practices. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery. Essential Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience building frontend applications. Proficiency with React, React Native, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks. Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services. Strong understanding of web standards, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations. Other Desired Capabilities: Experience with AWS cloud services and container orchestration platforms like EKS. Familiarity with PHP and Backbone.js to support legacy code. Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Unit testing experience with frameworks such as Jest. A passion for delivering high-quality consumer experiences.
