Job Responsabilities: Identify opportunities: savings, cost avoidance, process improvement & complexity reduction. • Track & report Procurement KPIs. • Explore market for new suppliers to build more solid supply base and to work on analyzing the commodity procured based on market information benchmarking exercises. • Develop, lead, execute procurement strategies. • Negotiate the terms of supplier contracts and determine the service level agreements with the suppliers. • Manage the price review process to make sure that the company is getting the best price & value. • Manage the relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business, including the resolution of major supplier issues. • Manage the procurement activity with the company for Direct / Indirect purchases, not limited to all third-party activities including production line, infrastructure, and services. • Prepare the Annual purchase plan based on BOM quantities and company material activity plan. • Full vendor management includes the payment terms and contractual agreement. • Prepare the Procurement KPI and dashboard. • Vendor risk management. • Cost saving mindset.
