The successful candidate will lead the delivery of low code projects, focusing on platforms such as Bubble, helping to expand the agency's services and enhance its reputation in the industry. Job Description We are looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Low Code Developer to head our low code development projects. This role involves leading a team of developers, designing and implementing low code solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the development projects for various clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Oversee the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored low code solutions. Development: Design, develop, and implement low code applications using platforms such as Bubble and similar low code platforms. Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during development. Team Management: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and support. Manage the development team's workflow, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient project progress. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and QA testers. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low code development, particularly on platforms like Bubble. Propose innovative solutions to enhance client projects and improve development processes. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Low Code Developer with leadership responsibilities. Proficiency in low code platforms such as Bubble and similar platforms. Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in project management and team leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
