Role Brief: The Senior People and Culture Partner will be a pivotal figure in fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support our workforce and align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive work environment. What you will be working on here in Koinz: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships. Conduct interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement. Key Duties: Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and career development plans. Implement talent development programs to support employee growth and succession planning. Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
