Role Brief: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their needs and develop strategies to fulfill them. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, enhancing candidate experience, and building a robust talent pipeline to support the company's growth and success. What you will be working on here in Koinz: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Conduct interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement. What you will need to fit in this position: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a senior role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions. High level of professionalism and integrity.
