Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Screening resumes and conducting interviews ... Developing job descriptions and job postings Conduct proactive headhunting activities to fill critical roles within the organization. Utilize competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the role. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly. Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate passive recruitment. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications : Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and headhunting. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth competency-based interviews. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
