We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at indaHash, an ArabyAds Company. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting activities.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate new leads and opportunities. Qualify inbound leads and follow up on outbound leads to set up appointments and meetings for the sales team. Conduct research on potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients. Experience with CRM software and prospecting tools. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
