Your Job Guardian Glass is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to support our operations and join in 10th of ramadan in Sharqia (Egypt). What You Will Do * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures primarily focused on transportation providers, * Organize the shipping plan according with the orders, plants limitations and truck availability, * Serve as the daily point of contact for inside sales and transportation providers to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure: * Daily control for all orders delivery by containers in plant Interact with multiple levels and functions within the organization (Sales, WH, Scheduling, suppliers, FP&A), Preparation all documentation needed, Providing improvement processes feedback. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree or higher in Global Supply Chain or related field, or previous experience in international shipping or supply chain, * Previous experience as traffic coordinator, * Knowledge of different international payment terms, * Proficient English speaking, writing, * Experience using Transporeon (TMS) system is a plus, * Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
