Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist : Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing. Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.) Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities. Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles Partner with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business Conduct CBI interviews based on core, functional and managerial competency metrics system. Conduct the man power plan with validation aligned with departments’ heads Follow up the accepted candidates until they bring all their hiring documents to the personnel department. Handle the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan. Reviews employment applications and background check reports Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry Job Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant degree Years Of Experience: 3 or 5+ years of experience Fluent English Powered by JazzHR
