Job Responsibilities: Maintain all machines, tools, and equipment in the production lines to ensure continuous production operations.Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. Review spare parts inventory to keep the minimum stock needed for maintenance.Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize maintenance costs, and get the max. utilization of labor and materials. Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff. Study the required specs of machines, tools, and equipment for new projects.Prepare department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.Evaluate the current workforce skills and suggest the needed training programs to improve their capabilities.Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress. Job Qualifications: Engineering bachelor’s degree+5 years of experienceTechnological Requirements: PLC, programming knowledge and experience is mandatory. Powered by JazzHR
