Job Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: Formulating, Planning, developing, and implementing an effective and sustainable talent acquisition strategy and hiring plans. Formulate talent acquisition policy and ensure proper implementation. Ensure talent acquisition process is inline and supporting strategic business objectives. Anticipate the organization’s future and work with the executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success. Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring annual talent acquisition budget. Identifying and managing key external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors to ensure high quality service delivery. Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior managerial roles. Liaising with concerned stakeholders to adjust employee benefits according to observed needs. Participating in and hosting talent acquisition events for driving our company’s awareness. Building strong employer brand and leading employment offline as well as online branding initiatives. Continuously analyze the effectiveness of the talent acquisition procedures and tools. Talent Development Responsibilities: Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent programs (GDP, Hi-Pos, Middle Management and Executives) that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talents. Collect, analyze, and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (succession planning). Organize and oversee employees’ training programs (both outsourced and in-house.) Develop employee retention programs and team-building activities. Coach employees and act as their consultant regarding learning and development activities. Manage and assist in the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns. Manage the corporate induction program. ​​​​​​​ Organizational Development Responsibilities: Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities. Create and develop Competency Framework for the company. Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation tools. Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning. Manage and monitor assessment center processes to support the assessment center strategic objectives. Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of HR to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal system. Contribute to the development of TM & OD policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of HR. Create and conduct surveys to determine organization area of improvement and Employee satisfaction. Authority: Authority to create all the missing functions within the company. Authority to assign all the needed trainings based on Company Values and performance appraisal outcomes. Authority of personnel actions to his subordinates. Authority to manage all the financial issues based on approved Budget. Job Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant degree Training Courses: Certified Assessor Organization Design Certification Career Coaching Professional Training Certification Years Of Experience: 7+ years of experience Fluent English Powered by JazzHR
