Description:
Job Responsibilities: Implement safety standards on the line for safe working environment. Manage his team and assign work responsibilities. Cascade down KPI's and tasks to be aligned with all of his team members. Implement his Time-based maintenance according to maintenance department. Execute the production orders on time. Control the materials consumptions to meet Product specification within acceptable tolerance within BOM. Optimize the production process to decrease all types of wastes on the line. Track the process failures and generate a gap analysis and action plan to decrease failures and increase efficiency. Improve the OEE of the line by applying the department DMS's & systematic approaches. Improve system capability by implementing all systems cascaded by Manufacturing department. Create a training plan to his team and implement it to improve people capability. Job Qualifications: BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production) OR Industrial Engineering. 5S , Lean Six Sigma knowledge & concept understanding is a must. +3 Years of experience in production field. Very good leadership skills. Very good in Excel and word. Tufting / coating experience is a plus. Working shift bases. Suez resident. Powered by JazzHR
