Yardex is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in our HQ office in New Cairo, Egypt. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers. He/She is responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales channels and ensuring that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities : Present, promote and sell company products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Researching prospects and generating leads. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person Requirements: +3 years of experience in Sales field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. Excellent ability to manage and build relationships. Candidate must possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating. Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
